Our core business includes CNC turning, CNC milling, Grinding, Rubber Moulding, Welding and Gear Cutting.


We successfully supply a broad range of industries, including Textile, Leisure, Automotive, Medical, Bottling, Roadmarking, Food & Beverage and Mining, for over 40 years.
Our expertise spans a wide variety of materials including Cast Iron, Steel, Aluminium, Plastics, Brass, Rubber as well as various specialised Steels.

Pitchline continually strives to maintain and improve its quality control standards and production methods so as to compete at an international level. Pitchline is an OEM for various industries and proves to provide high quality, fair priced substitutes to OEM parts.
In 1990, ManuMark (Pty) Ltd was established. Manumark became the marketing company for our airbrake repair kits, manufactured by Pitchline and marketed under the brand name “ManuMark”. This range consists of nearly 600 Air Brake Repair kits. Pitchline maintains an inventory for ManuMark of approximately 4000 components, for six weeks, using JIT flexible manufacturing techniques. What manufacturing services does Pitchline Engineering offer?
CNC turning, CNC milling, surface, cylindrical and centreless grinding, gear cutting, rubber moulding, welding and conventional machining are available from our Pinetown factory.
Can you manufacture a component from a drawing or sample?
Yes. Send us a drawing or sample part together with the required quantity and material. Our team will review it and come back with any technical questions needed for a quote.
Do you make both one-off parts and production batches?
Yes. We manufacture one-off replacement parts, small batches and repeat production runs. Twelve CNC lathes use automatic barfeeders for higher-volume work.
Which materials can you machine?
Our experience includes cast iron, steel, aluminium, brass, engineering plastics, rubber and specialised steels. Material selection is confirmed against the drawing and application.
Which industries do you manufacture components for?
Pitchline supplies the automotive, mining, textile, medical, bottling, road marking, food and beverage, leisure, chemical, sugar and general engineering industries.
Does Pitchline manufacture its own products?
Yes. Our product range includes automatic barfeeders, thermoplastic, spray and glass bead road marking guns, spreader plates, and components for ManuMark air brake repair kits.
Where are Pitchline components manufactured?
Every component is manufactured at our own factory at 32 Henwood Road, Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
